Gentle Yoga for Women

This therapeutic yoga class is for women over 55 who may be new to yoga or may be experiencing health issues which benefit from a slower, therapeutically oriented practice. No spandex, no competition, just women together moving, stretching, and improving mobility, flexibility, and balance. Hopefully it will even help with memory, but that is not guaranteed. It will help reduce anxiety and enrich your spirit with optimism and peacefulness.
